LLC: A limited liability company, or LLC, is a separate legal entity.  It combines elements of a partnership, sole proprietorship, and a corporation to ensure that owners of the company are not personally liable for their company's debts of liabilites. The LLC is able to obtain an Employer Identification Number, EIN, from the IRS, open a business bank account, and operate on its own.

PLLC: A porfessional limited liability company, or PLLC, is a business entity designed for licensed professionals, such as lawyers, doctors, architects, engineers, accountants, and chiropractors.  This formation process is similar to the LLC, except you need to set forth in the articles the professional services to be provided.

My service includes applying for your LLC or PLLC online with the Corporation Commision and obtaining an EIN from the IRS.  You will be sent a copy of your Articles of Organization and the EIN, which is required to open a business banking account
